Susan grew up in various areas of the Lower Mainland including Vancouver, Burnaby, North Delta, Surrey, and Langley, so she is familiar with many neighbourhoods. 

She attended UBC, completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and graduated from UBC Law. After being called to the bar, she practiced Corporate/Commercial law. Having been brought up in a family of entrepreneurs, Susan left law to own and operate two franchised businesses. 

For 27 years she has garnered extensive experience in customer relations, marketing, accounting, and employee management. Susan has been involved in the construction and ownership of both commercial and residential properties, leading into her transition into Real Estate.

Susan has lived on the west side of Vancouver for over 20 years, raising a son and a daughter with her husband, Phil. In her spare time, Susan is an avid runner.

Caitlin has lived in many areas throughout the Lower Mainland including Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, and Port Coquitlam, as well as in New York and Moscow, Idaho, so she has been exposed to a variety of types and cultures of neighbourhoods! She identifies as a Vancouverite at heart.

Caitlin has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UBC as well as a Certificate in Integrated Conservatory (Musical Theatre, Acting & Dance) from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. She worked as Susan’s unlicensed assistant for 8 years before deciding to obtain her Real Estate License in June 2025. She was inspired to become a realtor by Susan’s passion for Real Estate, and truly feels like she is learning from the best! 

On the side, Caitlin loves performing at retirement homes throughout the Lower Mainland specializing in singing nostalgic classics. She currently lives in Port Coquitlam with her husband and three cats: Loki, Cassie, and Freya.
